Field Research Associate

Full-time / Part-time

Karnataka (On-ground)

Attend FPO meetings, interview FPO CEOs, document ground realities, and help the product team understand what actually needs to be built. No tech required — Kannada fluency is an advantage.

Full Stack Developer

Full-time

Remote / Bengaluru

Build the platform that powers FPO compliance, market intelligence, and buyer connections. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL. Bonus: rural India empathy.
