By accessing the YieldWise platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the guidelines and rules established within this framework. Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or permanent de-listing from the platform.
02Operational License
YieldWise grants users a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the platform for verified agricultural management and professional trading. Reverse engineering, data scraping, or unauthorized API access is strictly prohibited.
03Liability Limitations
YieldWise acts as an intelligence and connectivity layer. While we verify data points with extreme rigor, we are not liable for market fluctuations, environmental events, or third-party breaches outside our controlled infrastructure.
